Sometimes we feel off balance, or experience a change, increased work stress or family and relational stress.  Making the decision to begin therapy and reaching out is a testament to your strength and openness to overall wellness. I am passionate about supporting those navigating the challenges of caretaking, supporting those struggling with depression, anxiety, life changes and or stress. Together we will work out a plan for self care, talk through experiences and emotions, thoughts and behaviors in order to understand where they come from, how to move forward.


In therapy, my goal is to create a safe space for clients to work through the things they are experiencing such as life changes, stress and trauma, anxiety and depressive symptoms. My therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, solution-focused modalities, and systems therapy.


I believe in meeting people where they are, providing a safe and empathetic environment to process your experiences and feelings and to then work towards healing. Your growth and overall well-being are my priority in my practice as a therapist.
